Proton® 707
Alcohol-based cleaning solvent determined to remove cured and uncured silicone conformal coating from coating frames and PCBAs.
Extremely strong solvent for PDMS polymer (silicone) – even shorter dissolution times compared to up to now most effective Proton 705.
Ready-mix, intended for direct use.
- In contrast to Proton 703 and Proton 705, Proton 707 provides even higher dissolution rates and it is active also for most types of polyurethane and acrylic conformal coating
- Effective also for flux dissolving, solder alloy corrosion removal
- Hydrophilic modification of solder mask depending on the solder mask type – higher surface energy of solder mask provides consecutively better adhesion of coating
- Cleaning agent has to be thoroughly rinsed – double high-pressure rinse with active filtration is highly recommended
- Recommended for use in systems with closed cleaning processes and mechanical filtration
- Compatibility with sensitive metals (aluminium) has to be verified
- Program of the cleaning machine has to be modified because of flash point 71 °C
