Wave soldering is a bulk soldering process where the PCB is passed over a pan of molten solder and then allowed to cool, causing the components to become soldered to the board. Wave soldering is mainly used in the soldering of through hole components.

Tokimeku offers customised wave solder pallets that protect and supports the SMT components in a PCB, exposing the unmasked components for wave soldering.
