With 90W of laser power and LPKF's Tensor Technology, the CuttingMaster 3290 doubles the performance in FR4 applications and easily cuts even thick substrates over 2.4mm thick. It allows for component heights of up to 40mm and can quickly and precisely cut densely populated or double-sided assemblies, gently without damaging the components or board.
